HaemaLogiX Pty Ltd, established in 2014, is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel immuno-oncology therapies for patients with blood cancers. The company focuses on the development and commercialization of monoclonal antibodies (Mab) for the treatment of multiple myeloma and potentially other hematological cancers. We have identified and characterized two new drug targets, Kappa Myeloma Antigen (KMA) and Lambda Myeloma Antigen (LMA), on the surface of human blood cancer and immune cells. These targets are highly specific to cancer cells found in blood cancers such as multiple myeloma, certain lymphomas, and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia.
