Neurochlore

Neurochlore is a privately held biotechnology company headquartered in Marseille. In Europe, Neuroclore has developed Bumetanide, a registered high-specificity chloride modulator NKCC1, for the treatment of autism in children and adolescents. Our research aims to identify brain developmental changes that lead to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders, and to determine therapeutic targets.
