AcureX Therapeutics is a developer of therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases. AcureX Therapeutics' mission is to halt neurodegenerative diseases starting with Parkinson's disease. AcureX expects to advance one or more late preclinical therapeutic candidates for Parkinson’s disease into human trials within two years, followed by candidates for other neurodegenerative diseases. AcureX's approach and founding intellectual property are based on the recent discoveries of the company’s co-founder, Dr. Xinnan Wang, M.D. AcureX has built a platform to accelerate drug development and reduce clinical trial risks and has obtained an exclusive license for this IP.
