At the heart of SCAN Group is SCAN Health Plan, one of the most significant non-profit Medicare Advantage plans in the U.S., serving more than 220,000 members in California. Independence at Home is a SCAN community service that provides much-needed services and support to seniors and their caregivers, regardless of their membership status. SCAN Group also invests in new companies to support healthier aging, offering educational programs, community grants, volunteer opportunities, and other community services to uphold its mission – keeping seniors healthy and independent.
