ID Genomics, Inc. (IDG) is developing precision diagnostic tests to guide antibiotic selection before patients leave their doctor’s office or clinic. IDG’s test consists of two complementary components, CLoNeT™ and BactNet™. Our proprietary technology, CLoNeT™, is a revolutionary antibiotic stewardship tool. CLoNeT™ is a rapid (<45 minutes) diagnostic test that assigns proprietary "barcodes" to infecting bacteria by identifying several fingerprint regions of bacterial DNA. Our barcode approach has broad applicability across multiple pathogens. CLoNeT™ holds the potential to improve clinical outcomes for a variety of infectious diseases plagued by increasing antibiotic resistance.
