Athos Therapeutics is a late-stage preclinical biotechnology company developing small molecule therapies using an AI-generated innovative chemistry and computational platform. The platform is capable of identifying and developing new drugs for patients with autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases. This approach is based on the integration of medicinal chemistry and systems biology through machine learning. First, we identify novel factors relevant to disease pathobiology based on the integration of human clinical and molecular datasets from autoimmune disease patients. Second, we synthesize small molecules based on our computational medicinal chemistry platform. Combining these two approaches with machine learning algorithms enables the identification of optimal compounds that safely and effectively target key disease factors.
