Future Health ESG Corp. is a blank check company whose purpose is to merge, exchange stock, acquire assets, purchase stock, recapitalize, reorganize, or engage in other similar business combinations with one or more businesses or entities. The company is led by Bradley Bostic and Travis Morgan, who have hands-on operational and investment experience throughout the entire enterprise lifecycle of healthcare technology companies. The company will target growth-stage companies that leverage modern technology and data science to make healthcare more efficient, effective, and personalized, while aligning with our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards; creating a positive impact on society, operating ethically and transparently, and generating superior economic returns through the application of intelligent health technologies.
