Its headquarters and laboratories are located in Woburn, Massachusetts, USA; its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alloplex Australia Pty, Ltd., is based in Melbourne, Australia. Alloplex has developed an autologous cell therapy derived from the differentiation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, without genetic engineering. SUPLEXA therapeutic cells demonstrate broad anti-tumor activity, composed of both innate and adaptive phenotype cells, thus employing a multimodal anti-tumor strategy entirely comprised of normally activated immune cells.
