Incannex Healthcare has been researching and developing synthetic cannabidiol pharmaceutical products and psychedelic drug therapies for the treatment of a range of indications. Our mission is to create first-class drugs and therapies for patients whose medical needs we believe are unmet. We are developing targeted and scientifically validated fixed-dose combinations of synthetic cannabidiol and psychedelics, applying proprietary insights to create long-term value for our patients and shareholders. We focus on clinical indications that we believe represent unmet or inadequately addressed medical needs, as well as compelling commercial opportunities. Specifically, we are developing three unique drug compositions targeting five indications: obstructive sleep apnea (“OSA”), traumatic brain injury (“TBI”)/concussion, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and inflammatory lung diseases (“ARDS,” “COPD,” asthma, bronchitis).
