Oncotelic Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company developing anti-vascular therapies for cancer patients and those with vision-threatening eye diseases, aiming to fully realize the potential of Vascular Targeted Therapy (VTT) in orphan oncology indications. VTT includes Vascular Disrupting Agents (VDA), such as investigational drugs being developed by Oncotelic, and Anti-Angiogenic Agents (AA), some of which have been FDA-approved and are widely used in cancer treatment. These two approaches (VDA and AA) possess distinct yet complementary mechanisms of action. At Oncotelic, we believe that by combining these two complementary methods, we can significantly improve cancer treatment.
