DTRT Health Acquisition Corp. is a newly established blank check company incorporated in Delaware. Its purpose is to merge, exchange equity, acquire assets, purchase stocks, restructure, or conduct similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We have not selected any specific business combination target, nor have we initiated any substantial discussions with any business combination target directly or indirectly on our behalf. Although we may seek acquisition opportunities in any commercial industry or sector, we intend to leverage our management team’s extensive knowledge of the healthcare field and their mature capabilities in sourcing, acquiring, and managing businesses within the healthcare industry, particularly in home and community-based services (HCBS), which may include home health, personal and private duty care, home therapy, adult daycare, medical transportation, pediatric health, facility-based community services, healthcare information technology and software services, care management, behavioral health, staffing, medical devices, as well as health and wellness programs.
