HB Therapeutics is an early-stage biotechnology company dedicated to the discovery and development of small molecule degraders that induce ubiquitination and degradation of tumor proteins. The first set of small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO1) protein degraders are currently in the preclinical stage, while several other small molecule degraders targeting tumor proteins are also under development by the company for the creation of novel anticancer drugs.
