Oxbridge Acquisition Corp. is a newly formed blank check company aimed at merging, exchanging stocks, acquiring assets, purchasing shares, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses or entities. We currently intend to focus our acquisition efforts on business combination targets within the InsuraTech, blockchain technology, and insurance (life insurance, health insurance) sectors. We believe that our experience and access to public markets can serve as a catalyst for accelerated growth. We plan to place special emphasis on regulated insurance or reinsurance companies, distributors, or disruptive technology and insurance service providers.
