AfterNext HealthTech Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company focused on the intersection of healthcare and technology. The company is a newly formed blank check company, incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands, with the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Led by Halsey Wise and Anthony Colaluca, and in collaboration with TPG, the company intends to focus on industries aligned with the background of its founders and board, particularly in the health tech sector.
