Morgan Health Focuses on Improving the Quality, Efficiency, and Equity of Employer-Sponsored Healthcare. Initially, we will focus on JPMorgan Chase's employees and their families, but we will collaborate with a range of healthcare experts and partners, including provider groups, health plans, employers, and other organizations advancing improvements in the healthcare system. Morgan Health will concentrate on three areas:1. Accelerating improvements in the healthcare system through $250 million in capital allocation. The organization will initially deploy up to $250 million in promising healthcare solutions and systemic improvements for the benefit of JPMorgan Chase employees and the broader employer-sponsored healthcare system.2. Enhancing health benefits for JPMorgan Chase employees through strategic initiatives. Morgan Health and the JPMorgan Chase Benefits team will partner with leading healthcare organizations to improve care for employees and their families across the U.S., and ultimately articulate models for other employers seeking to enhance healthcare.3. Promoting healthcare equity in the communities we serve. Health disparities not only impact diverse communities but also limit improvements in care and health quality for broader populations. Morgan Health will focus on health equity within the company’s employee base and the communities it serves.
