BAKX Therapeutics: Cancer Biologists, Clinicians, and Researchers Dedicated to Making Better Drugs We have developed targeted cancer therapies by leveraging our unique insights into the conformational dynamics of proteins driving the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, combined with structure-based drug design and computational simulations. We have established an integrated and iterative platform based on knowledge, experimentation, and simulation, enabling us to better interrogate and harness the power of apoptosis regulation. We are developing a suite of orally active therapies that can be used as standalone treatments or in combination with other oncology therapies to create better and more durable outcomes for cancer patients.
