This results in longer waiting times and potentially shorter consultation durations in the near future. DOC2US envisions alleviating this congestion in real-world consultations by connecting users with doctors and providing them with personalized, chat-based medical advisory services, thereby reducing unnecessary visits to doctors. In the long run, this will, in turn, improve people's health and well-being.
