The Pulsta valve, invented by SNU-TaeWoo Medical, is another self-expanding transcatheter pulmonary valve designed for the native RVOT, with a stent shape that is more cylindrical. The frame is braided from double strands of nitinol wire with a diameter of 0.0115 in (1 in = 2.45 cm).
