BioMind Research

BioMind Research Corp, established in 2013, focuses on researching and developing new algorithms for biometric recognition and computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) systems for medical applications using the most advanced image/signal processing, pattern recognition, and deep learning technologies. Subsequently, BIOMISA collaborated with the Emerging Technology Laboratory (ETL), a platform that fosters multi-faceted research and development activities for undergraduate students. In 2016, BIOMISA/ETL was officially founded within the Department of Computer Engineering, serving both undergraduate and graduate students. The research laboratory aims to promote research and development activities and cultivate students' professional skills and research capabilities through internships, research assistantships, and other means. In this regard, in addition to R&D activities, we also regularly host seminars. The laboratory has secured funding from various resources for different commercially significant related research projects.
