Jade Mountain Acquisition is a newly formed blank check company established in June 2021. Its business objective is to merge with, exchange capital, acquire assets, purchase stocks, restructure, or engage in similar business combinations with one or more businesses, which we refer to as the initial business combination. We intend to focus on industries that complement the background of our management team and leverage their ability to identify and acquire businesses, concentrating on sectors where our management team has extensive experience, such as healthcare and technology. The industries we plan to explore include, but are not limited to, advanced technological fields in healthcare, biotechnology, digital, data and data science, industry, and finance. We believe that acquiring leading high-growth technology companies or assets in the healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries will provide our company with a platform to fund integration and drive growth.
