Kalthera

Kalthera is currently conducting a clinical trial at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, featuring a groundbreaking bispecific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell immunotherapy candidate targeting CD19/CD20. Early results indicate that the bispecific CAR T cell candidate is safe and effective for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma. After a median follow-up of up to 9 months, six out of seven patients (86%) in the trial maintained complete remission.
