ArcScan is an innovative and dynamic company dedicated to advancing and developing medical imaging globally through the use of intelligent ultra-high frequency ultrasound technology, thereby improving diagnostic and surgical outcomes. It focuses on the development and sales of high-resolution ultrasound scanners for ophthalmology. ArcScan acquired the rights to the Artemis 2 ultrasound scanner, which originated from Cornell University, and completed a major redesign. The redesigned product, named Artemis 3, continues to deliver the high-resolution imaging of the cornea, iris, sulcus, and angles that Artemis 2 was known for. Artemis 3 adds the capability to create precise images of the lens capsule and features significant improvements in user interface, reliability, and maintainability.
