Our mission is to provide new effective therapies beyond symptom management for Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, Huntington's disease, and other neurodegenerative disorders involving motor, cognitive, behavioral, and autonomic symptoms.Our platform strategy focuses on altering the course of diseases by targeting toxic proteins through a process known as autophagy. By repurposing two FDA-approved drugs, nilotinib and bosutinib (both currently used to treat certain types of leukemia), and developing two novel compounds (Gutini 1 and 2), KeifeRx has established a pipeline in early-stage (pre-IND and Phase I/II) and late-stage (Phase III) clinical research aimed at leveraging cutting-edge scientific strategies to discover new treatments.
