Aesther Healthcare Acquisition Corp. is a newly established blank check company, incorporated in Delaware in June 2021, with the business purpose of merging, entering into equity transactions, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, reorganizations, or similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We intend to focus on industries that complement the background of our management team and leverage their ability to identify and acquire businesses. We currently plan to pursue forward-looking targets primarily within the pharmaceuticals and medical device industries. We anticipate that our investment efforts will broadly concentrate on the pharmaceuticals and medical device sectors. We believe that our investment and operational expertise across multiple verticals will provide us with a vast, addressable pool of potential targets. The diversity of target sectors and the largely uncorrelated nature of various sub-industries maximize the likelihood for our management team to identify and execute attractive transactions.
