Sanigen is a professional food safety company in South Korea, providing PCR kits and NGS panels to the market. Sanigen also offers NGS analysis (sample preparation, sequencing, and bioinformatics) services for customer samples based on its comprehensive database of foodborne pathogens.Sanigen and Illumina are developing an NGS panel capable of rapidly detecting 16 foodborne pathogens from approximately 400 samples. These panels will be available in the third quarter of 2021.
