Longview Acquisition Corp. II

Longview Acquisition Corp ("Longview I") and Longview Acquisition Corp II ("Longview II") are special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) sponsored by affiliates of Glenview Capital Management, LLC. They were established for the purpose of achieving a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Longview II may seek acquisition opportunities in any industry, sector, or geographic location, with a particular focus on the healthcare industry. It intends to concentrate on private companies where management can collaborate with Longview II to create value for shareholders in the public market. Longview II raised $600 million in its initial public offering and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 19, 2021, under the ticker symbol LGV.
