Attend Anywhere is a web-based video conferencing tool that provides video consultations and services to patients through virtual clinics known as "waiting rooms," enabling patients to attend appointments via video calls. Beyond technology, our implementation approach and framework have evolved over years of collaboration with clinicians, health service organizations, medical schools, governments, and universities. It addresses barriers related to scale and sustainability, which are primarily associated with operations, staffing, and process integration, not just technology.
