In 1949, Rufus Grason and Steven Stadler co-founded Grason-Stadler (GSI). The company initially manufactured electronic medical instruments for behavioral and pharmaceutical research but introduced its first clinical audiometer in 1952. Grason-Stadler is a world leader in the field of hearing assessment instruments, offering a full range of audiometers, tympanometers, otoacoustic emissions (OAE), and auditory evoked potential devices. For over 70 years, GSI has been the preferred equipment for hearing healthcare professionals worldwide in research institutions, hospitals, private clinics, and schools.
