Incisive Genetics

Incisive Genetics is a biotechnology company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, focusing on developing innovative lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery platforms for gene therapy. We believe that our proprietary platform provides solutions to the most critical challenges of effective CRISPR-based gene therapy, namely the efficient and safe delivery of active gene-editing machinery to target tissues in vivo. We have obtained the global exclusive license for our foundational technology from the University of British Columbia and continue to expand our intellectual property and patent portfolio through additional research and development. Currently, we are focused on advancing therapeutic gene-editing drugs using our innovative delivery platform. We undertake key research activities to support the development of our platform, achieving significant proof-of-concept data for effective in vivo gene editing. Our research is conducted systematically, allowing us to iterate on our foundational system. We are actively leveraging our platform to develop strategies for multiple disease indications as well as to create new product modifications.
