mediVR, Inc. was founded in 2016 as a venture company of Osaka University. Starting from March 2019, it began the research, development, and sales of the medical device "mediVR Kagura" for rehabilitation. mediVR Kagura is a rehabilitation service that allows users to master the skills of maintaining balance and shifting their center of gravity by repeatedly reaching for objects displayed in a VR space. In addition to physical rehabilitation, VR is also used to treat anxiety and depression.
