Beijing Wanjie Medical Device Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006. It is a national high-tech enterprise, committed to becoming a pioneer in the orthopedic sub-sector and a leader in the sports medicine field. In 2019, the company was included in Beijing's top 100 science and technology innovation support list, leading the development of more than 20 implantable orthopedic repair products. The company values industry-academia-research cooperation and has been awarded projects by Zhongguancun for advanced and cutting-edge technologies and by Daxing District for major scientific research. It is also a pilot unit for patents. During the pandemic in 2020, four epidemic prevention products developed by the company provided material support to hundreds of hospitals across China and were exported to more than a dozen countries, being listed among the export enterprises by five national ministries and commissions as well as on Beijing’s key list for epidemic supplies exports.
