The predecessor of this company was Ocean Pharmaceutical, established in 1991. In 2006, the new management purchased and transferred the entire unit, renaming it Safe Pharmaceuticals. The new management team consisted of a group of excellent marketing professionals with sales experience in Pakistan. The company's main business involves drug research and development, production, and sales. Its primary products include psychiatric drugs, cephalosporin antibiotics, anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammatory drugs, heart and blood pressure control medications, anti-diabetic drugs, and anti-ulcer drugs.
