Northern Lights Acquisition

Northern Lights Acquisition Corp. is a newly formed blank check company aimed at merging, capital securities trading, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We intend to focus our search on companies in the cannabis industry that comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they are located or operate. In particular, we will not invest or complete a business combination with any target company that we determine has been operating, or whose business plan would operate, in violation of U.S. federal laws, including the U.S. Controlled Substances Act.
