Sky Labs is a preventive healthcare company that aims to transform traditional hospital-centered care into patient-centered care, enabling continuous monitoring in our daily lives. Sky Labs has developed CART-I, the world’s first AI-based ring-shaped cardiac monitoring platform. It consists of a ring-shaped wearable medical device, a user application, and a web platform for healthcare professionals, allowing atrial fibrillation patients to be monitored even when they are not in the hospital. Additionally, the photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor in the ring monitors blood flow in the finger to measure irregular pulse waves. The measured data is transmitted to a cloud platform where artificial intelligence detects and analyzes atrial fibrillation, sending the results to the user's app and the medical professionals' website. CART-I has received CE-MDD (Medical Device Directive) certification and is preparing for FDA approval in the United States.
