NorthView Acquisition is a blank check company incorporated under the laws of Delaware. We were formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we do not have any restrictions on the industry, our focus is on forward-looking targets in healthcare innovation. Our targets are companies traditionally referred to as "small-cap" that are developing assets in the biopharmaceutical field and are registered in North America, Europe, and/or the Asia-Pacific region.
