Kurome Therapeutics

Kurome Therapeutics is a preclinical stage company dedicated to developing novel therapies that disrupt cancer's ability to evade treatment. Building on research conducted in collaboration with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health, Kurome is developing a series of combination IRAK1/4 and panFLT3 inhibitors to target cancer cells that rely on IRAK1/4-mediated immune signaling pathways for survival.
