Onchilles Pharma is built on groundbreaking research that first described human neutrophils releasing a major anticancer protein called ELANE, which broadly and selectively activates cell death pathways in cancer cells. This fundamental pathway of the innate immune system has the potential for universal anticancer activity, irrespective of genetic mutations. Based on this research, Onchilles is developing a series of first-in-class biological drug candidates with the potential for broad efficacy across multiple cancers.
