WuXi XDC

WuXi XDC, a joint venture established by WuXi Biologics and HuaQuan Pharmaceuticals, focuses on providing end-to-end CDMO services for biologically conjugated drugs such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Its services cover research and production areas including antibodies and other conjugated biologics, linkers/chemical payloads, conjugated drug substances, and formulations. WuXi XDC has successfully enabled multiple ADC drugs to advance from DNA to Investigational New Drug (IND) application within 15 months, nearly halving the traditional development time. Currently, over 40 ADC drugs at various stages are being developed on the WuXi XDC platform, including 15 projects that have submitted IND applications and six projects in Phase II/III clinical trials.
