MorphImmune, Inc. is a private platform company advancing a highly specific targeting technology that uses payloads linked to ligands to reprogram the immune system. The MorphImmune chemistry platform enables physicians to leverage previously undruggable physiological pathways for the treatment of a range of cancers, chronic diseases, and other conditions mediated by the immune system. We design targeted drugs to reprogram specific immune cell types (macrophages, T cells, antigen-presenting cells, Fc receptor-expressing cells) for the treatment of malignant diseases, central nervous system disorders, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, and fibrotic diseases. Additionally, we develop ligand-targeted chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapies for cancer treatment.
