We are a small clinical-stage drug development company focused on developing treatments for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). As such, we focus on stakeholders rather than stockholders.Our lead compound, vamorolone, is a steroidal anti-inflammatory agent with multiple additional properties chemically tuned for DMD. These value-added features include eplerenone-like properties that improve cardiac function and membrane-stabilizing properties that counteract dystrophin deficiency.
