MediSynergics

MediSynergics is a drug discovery company founded in 1996. The company was established by two former Pfizer drug discovery researchers, Mr. Dennis Godek, CEO of MIT, and Mr. Harry R. Howard, CSO, who both have extensive experience in the fields of central nervous system and infectious disease treatment. MediSynergics has obtained 12 patents in the United States, with two provisional patents, and has discovered ketamine derivatives that may alter the pharmacology of ketamine. Mr. Harry R. Howard, Chief Scientific Officer of MediSynergics, co-discovered the billion-dollar atypical antipsychotic ziprasidone (Geodon™, Zeldox™), which is used to treat schizophrenia and mania.
