Sparta Healthcare Acquisition is a newly established blank check company with the purpose of merging, exchanging shares, acquiring assets, purchasing shares, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more companies. So far, our efforts have been limited to organizational activities and activities related to this donation. We have not selected any specific business combination targets. To date, we have not generated any operating revenue, and even after we complete our initial business combination, we may still not generate operating revenue. Although we may seek acquisition opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographic location, we intend to focus on industries that complement the background of our management team and leverage the capabilities of our management team to identify and acquire a business, concentrating on early- to mid-stage companies in the biotechnology and therapeutic fields of the North American healthcare industry. In particular, we plan to prioritize companies in the life sciences and pharmaceutical services sectors where our management team has extensive experience. Our primary focus will be on mid-to-late stage clinical therapeutic candidates targeting various indications, including but not limited to oncology, aging, inflammation, cardiovascular diseases, acute care treatments, regenerative medicine, immunotherapy, gene therapy, antiviral therapy, antibacterial therapy, central nervous system disorders, metabolic diseases, and cell therapy.
