Allarity Therapeutics is a drug development company established in 2012 that is committed to unlocking the potential of new oncology products. The company has a mature portfolio of multiple drug candidates, including: Stenoparib (2X-121), a PARP inhibitor in Phase 2 for ovarian cancer; Dovitinib, a Pan-TKI being submitted for NDA application in the U.S. for renal cell carcinoma; IXEMPRA® (Ixabepilone); LiPlaCis®, which is in Phase 2 trials for breast and prostate cancer; 2X-111; and Irofulven, a DNA disruptor in Phase 2 for prostate cancer.In early September 2018, Oncology Venture AB and Medical Prognosis Institute (MPI) completed a strategic merger, with the new entity, Oncology Venture A/S (OV), listed on Nasdaq First North Stockholm. On September 21, 2020, Oncology Venture A/S was officially renamed Allarity Therapeutics.
