Giiant is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company with its proprietary Precision Delivery technology platform capable of designing gastrointestinal-restricted, tissue-targeted small molecule drug therapies, addressing multiple gastrointestinal biological targets. Its lead program, GT-2108, is a microbiota-activated PDE4 inhibitor prodrug with improved drug tolerance and enhanced therapeutic efficacy.
