Tellus Therapeutics is developing novel small molecules derived from human breast milk for the treatment of neonates with perinatal brain injury. Tellus’ lead candidate, TT-20, induces regeneration of myelin-producing oligodendrocytes, reversing white matter injury in animal models of perinatal brain injury and multiple sclerosis, and is pursuing a novel regulatory pathway to evaluate the safety and efficacy in neonatal brain injury.
