Dynamics Special Purpose Corp. is a newly established blank check company. We intend to focus on industries that complement the background of our management team and leverage our management team's ability to identify and acquire businesses, with a particular focus on healthcare or healthcare-related industries. Our investments will primarily be in North America. Specifically, we plan to concentrate on companies within the emerging healthcare value chain, life science tools, enabling software, synthetic biology, and new drug discovery and development platforms that can achieve applications in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and advanced biomaterials.
