QualCare Alliance Networks, Inc. (QANI) was founded in 1993 and is the parent company of QualCare, Inc. and Qual-Lynx. QualCare provides its customers with "Health and Workers' Compensation Preferred Provider Network" services, while Qual-Lynx offers comprehensive managed care, administrative, and claims management services for its property and casualty business through its partnership with QualCare. QANI is one of the largest managed care organizations in New Jersey, with its Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) comprising over 100 emergency, specialty, and rehabilitation hospitals, as well as more than 40,000 doctors and other auxiliary service providers across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
