Summit Healthcare Acquisition Corp. is a newly established blank check company, incorporated as an exempted limited liability company in the Cayman Islands, with the purpose of merging, exchanging shares, acquiring assets, purchasing shares, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Our efforts to identify potential target businesses will not be restricted to any specific geographic region or industry, but will focus on healthcare. We have not considered or contemplated any specific business combination, nor have we, or anyone on our behalf, approached any potential target business or conducted any formal or informal discussions regarding such a transaction.
