Mission Barns is producing meat in a sustainable and more efficient way. Our process begins by isolating cells from animals and placing them in warm bioreactors that mimic the animal's body. These cells grow naturally, just as they would in cows, chickens, or pigs, because we feed them nutrients including vitamins, sugars, and proteins. Once the cells have grown to the desired size, the cultivation process is complete.
