Endless West

Endless West is a beverage technology startup that uses scientific methods to create its own blended spirits. Its first product, Glyph, is the first spirit made using pure molecules (or flavors and aromas) extracted from more efficient sources in nature, crafted "note by note." Unlike traditional spirits, Glyph’s production process does not require traditional inputs such as aging or barrel storage, which means it uses significantly less wood, water, and land during production.
